Privacy Notice
A draft notice explaining limited data collection for the public product preview.
Data we need
Account identity, security events, funding and trading activity, support messages and necessary device data. Full IP addresses should be shortened or deleted once operational security needs expire.
Why we use it
To provide the platform, protect accounts, process supported account activity, answer support requests, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations. Advertising messages require separate consent.
Your controls
Users can request access, export, correction or deletion through the Support page. Analytics are optional and can be disabled in Settings.
Retention
Retention periods remain configurable. Support and security records should be kept only as long as justified; immutable audit records may require a distinct schedule.
Market-data embeds
Stock asset pages may load an attributed TradingView chart. That third-party embed receives the page URL, requested symbol and network address needed to operate the chart; use of the embed is subject to the provider's privacy information.
