Terms for accounts, funding, market data, internal trading tools and withdrawals.
1. Platform scope
IMPERIAL MONEY provides market data, accounts, supported inbound cryptocurrency funding, hosted cash funding, internal trading tools and owner-reviewed withdrawals. Provider-confirmed deposits are recorded in the user's matching balance while transaction provenance is retained. Orders, holdings, portfolio values, profit and loss, and AI Strategy activity are recorded in IMPERIAL MONEY's internal ledger and are not automatically routed to an external exchange or broker. A crypto-to-cash conversion updates internal balances from a current reference quote; it is not an external exchange sale. Withdrawal requests require manual review and the website cannot automatically send assets from the settlement wallet. The service does not provide investment, legal or tax advice.
2. Accounts
The market preview is public and account registration may be opened by the project owner. Keep credentials secure, use accurate registration details and do not share accounts. Access may be suspended for abuse, security review or maintenance.
3. Balances and transaction records
A displayed balance can include provider-confirmed deposits, hosted-payment credits, owner-issued account adjustments, internal trades and AI Strategy activity. Transaction labels identify the source. An internal order, owner adjustment or software-generated strategy result is not proof that an external broker or exchange executed a trade, and no return is guaranteed.
4. Availability
Market feeds, internal order tools and external integrations may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Features may change while the service is developed.
5. Configurable legal details
The owner name, address, establishment country, governing law, user countries and minimum age remain intentionally unset until the project owner confirms them.
